The Site is an informational and law practice marketing website. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Collection of Your Personal Information:

In order to better provide you with the information, services, and products offered on the Site, the Site may collect personally identifiable information.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through the Site, including within any message, comment, or any other communication, post, or transmission to or through the Site, whether directly or indirectly, this information may be collected and used by others.

The Site neither collects nor maintains any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it, such as information you may be required to provide when you elect to use certain products, services, or content made available to Site users. This may include information required when sending the Site any communication, whether by e-mail, website contact or subscription form submission, telephone, facsimile, letter, or any other form of correspondence; or submitting identification, address, and/or payment method details when ordering or purchasing access to products, services, and/or events. The Site may use this and similar information provided by you to communicate with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from the Site.

As the scope of the Site evolves over time, so too may the Site's need for user information evolve. Even then, the information the Site may obtain and maintain will be that which users will directly and voluntarily provide to the Site in exchange for access to the Site's content, products, and/or services.

Use of Your Personal Information:

The Site collects and uses your personal information to operate the Site and to allow the Site to provide content, products, and services of interest to its users and members.

The Site may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other content, products, and/or services available from the Site and third parties.

Sharing Information With Third Parties:

The Site does not sell, rent, or lease its user, member, or purchaser lists to third parties.

The Site may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you e-mails or other communications, provide substantive and technical customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are specifically prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to the Site, and they are required at all times to safeguard the confidentiality of your information.

The Site may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served upon the Site; (b) protect and defend the rights, interests, and/or property (whether real, personal, or intellectual) of the Site; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public.

The Site may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within the Site in order to determine which Site content, products, and/or services are the most popular. This data may be used to deliver customized content and advertising within the Site to users whose behavior indicates that they are likely to be interested in a particular subject area.

Automatically Collected Information:

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by the Site. This information may include, but not be limited to, your IP address, browser type, domain name(s), access times, and referring website addresses. This information, if collected, is used for the operation of the Site, to maintain the quality of Site content, products, and/or services, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Site.

Use of Cookies:

The Site may use "cookies" to help personalize user experiences. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer hardware. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide time-saving and other conveniences to you as a consumer. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a specific page, helping the Site recall your specific information and/or personalizations on subsequent visits. This simplifies and streamlines the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the Site, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the Site features that you customized.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the Site's interactive features. The Site is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which has published information regarding the types of cookies collected by its hosted websites.

The Site contains links to other websites (the "Linked Sites"). Please be aware that the Site is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of Linked Sites. The Site encourages its users who visit Linked Sites to read the privacy policies of any such Linked Sites that collect personally identifiable information from their users.
